Complete this form to request either two or four weeks of advertising of your continuing education (CE) program. You must complete a new form for each CE program you wish to promote. The fee includes one post on our Facebook and Instagram social media sites per week of paid advertising.
All requests must be pre-approved by the AKOTA Board Members.
Cost for two weeks of advertisement: $30
Cost for four weeks of advertisement: $60
Please allow up to one week to post your advertisement after approval by AKOTA and your payment is received.
